About Brian LaBovick

Brian F. LaBovick, Esq. was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar in 1990; the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida in 1993 and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida in 1993.

Mr. LaBovick obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1987. He earned a Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law in Florida in 1990. He began his legal career in the prestigious Honors Graduate Program at the United States Department of Justice as a Prosecutor in 1990.

His work has earned Mr. LaBovick has an 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Legal Directory. The AV rating is the highest rank conferred by Martindale-Hubbell, and reflects both professional ability and high ethical standards. Mr. LaBovick was honored with the distinction as a Florida Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine. Super Lawyer® Brian LaBovick and his colleagues are dedicated to helping victims and protecting their rights within our legal system.

In addition to his active trial practice, Mr. LaBovick makes time to serve in community and in professional organizations. The honor was bestowed upon him to serve as a member of the Florida Bar Family Rules Committee by special appointment of the Governor. He accepted the nomination to become a member of the National “ Belli Society”, a charitable organization of trial attorneys that promote the study of law through legal research and lectures.
