Brian F. LaBovick, Esq. was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar in 1990; the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida in 1993 and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida in 1993.

Mr. LaBovick obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1987. He earned a Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law in Florida in 1990. He began his legal career in the prestigious Honors Graduate Program at the United States Department of Justice as a Prosecutor in 1990.

In addition to his active trial practice, Mr. LaBovick makes time to serve in community and in professional organizations. He accepted the nomination to become a member of the National “ Belli Society”, a charitable organization of trial attorneys that promote the study of law through legal research and lectures.
